An extremely usefull plant in the kitchen garden, this plant will produce masses of parsley like leaves that taste strongly of celery. Simply chop these up along with the stalks and add to stews, soups, salads, stir frys, mash or anywhere you would usually use celery. Seeds are also excellent and can be used to season salts, rub on meats, potatoes and much more.
