Lemon basil is, as the name suggests is a wonderfully lemon scented basil. It is popular in Asian cuisine and can be used in salads, is subtle enough to be used with fish but will also add a fresh twist when used instead of traditional basil.
All Summer long Lemon basil will produce beautiful white flowers, much loved by bees. These make a beautifull garnish and pack just as much flavour. We also recommend flowers are removed to promote plant growth.
