A bushy, low growing thyme with a strong camphor scent. In summer a beautiful display of edible pink flowers emerge making it a lovely addition to any herb garden or rockery. Its small green leaves are highly aromatic and packed with flavour so use in small amounts at first.
The flavour works especially well with strong meats which can stand up to the stronger camphor flavour as well as stuffings, stews, pies and chutneys.
