Tangerine Sage
£4.50Price
Tangerine sage has a unique tangerine-like smell, and from mid-summer to autumn they abundantly produce stunning cardinal red, tubular blooms which, in their native country, attract hummingbirds, whilst here in the UK they are enjoyed by bees, butterflies, and people as they are deliciously sweet.
Enjoy leaves steeped in hot water to make a herbal tea or jam, sprinkled onto a salad, added to beverages and desserts like ice cream and cheesecake. Flowers are flavoured with sweet nectar and are also great in cooking.
