Japanes parsley, also known as Mitsuba or East Asian Wild Parsley,is a herbaceous perennial that grows and looks similiar to flat leaf parsley but with a unique flavour best described as an earthy cross of parsley, celery and chervil. Popular in Japanese and Chinese cooking it is traditionally used to garnish miso soups, stir frys and rice dishes but is also excelent in salads
